Tulsa, Oklahoma – October 19, 2011 - Diner Connection has released their integration with customer feedback service, Feedback911.com.  The service allows restaurants to automate the sending of customer feedback surveys via text messaging.  The Feedback911.com service allows guests to upload pictures, videos and leave detailed feedback about their dining experience.

When a guest visits a restaurant with Diner Connection, they are put on the wait-list and are notified that their table is ready via text message or a voice call.  After the customer has dined at the restaurant, an automated text message is sent to the guest that includes the link to the Feedback911.com survey form that they can fill out directly from their mobile device.
